The Slate & Grain Bistro and Tea Cake Cafe are 2mins walk from The Hut, which offer lunches, snacks, teas and coffees.

Reiki Level One
Reiki Level 1
This Level is available to everyone.
You do not need any previous knowledge, nor do you have had to have any experience of receiving Reiki. (however if you have not received Reiki, it maybe of interest to you to receive a treatment but this is not a pre-requisite for attending the course)
You simply should have the desire to use Reiki for your own healing and for the well-being of others.
About Reiki 1 Training
Students will learn:
what Reiki is
the history of Usui Reiki,
how it can be used for others and in daily life.
All students will be attuned to level 1 and receive a manual and certificate upon completion.
This course will also provide the foundation if you wish to move forward as a practitioner.
Cost - Reiki 1
This course runs over two days at a weekend, from 10:00am to approx 3:00pm on both days.
Cost £155.00

Reiki Level Two
Reiki Level 2
Allows you to practice Reiki as a Professional Practitioner. Teachings of the sacred symbols and aids your personal development and take you further on your spiritual path.
About Reiki 2 Training
On this course you will be attuned to Usui Reiki Level 2 Energy.
Students will Learn:
- Different Symbols
- When to use Symbols
- The technique of absent/distant healing
- How to set up a Reiki practice
Manual will be provided during course and Certificate will be issued upon completion of case studies.
This is also a 2 day course. taking place over a Saturday & Sunday
Cost - Reiki 2
The course runs over two days at a weekend, from 10:00am to approx 3:00pm on both days.
The cost for the 2 days is £210.00

Advanced Reiki - Level Three
Advanced Reiki - A.R.T
This level is for Students who wish to take their practice to the highest level within the Usui Reiki System.
You must have completed Levels 1 & 2 and able to provide your certificates showing completion.
About Advanced Reiki - A.R.T
A few of the elements we will cover at level 3:
- Introduction to Master Level and responsibilities
- Connection to the Master symbols, their power, energy and applications
- How, when and where to use Master Symbol

The course runs over one day at a weekend, from 10:00am to approx 3:00pm

Reiki Master Teacher / Practitoner Level 4
Reiki Master Teacher / Practitioner
This level is for students who would like to further their Reiki Development and to Teach and attune others to Usui Reiki. This is the completion of the Usui Reiki Training. All though a Master is always learning!
About Reiki Master Teacher / Practitioner Level
Students will learn:
- the scared practices involved in giving Reiki attunements
- Learn, step-by-step, how to give Reiki attunements for Reiki I, II, A.R.T. and Reiki Master levels
- Become proficient in giving a Healing attunement
- Lots of practice time doing all attunements
- Receive Reiki Master certification upon completion of the training
Cost - Reiki Master Teacher / Practitioner
The course runs over two days at a weekend, from 10:00am to approx 3:00pm
