I've been to Holistic Soul several times for Hopi ear candling, my most recent visit was with reiki too. I completely chilled experience, I felt full of energy for a couple of days afterwards. I would highly recommend a visit to see Sam     -   S.M

I went to see Samantha and she was great made me feel so at ease as soon as i arrived and explained everything so clearly. I went to Sam for a reiki session because I was feeling overwhelmed with the everyday stresses of being a working mum and felt it was taking a toll on me. Sam immediately made me feel at ease and really comfortable, she has a really nurturing way about her and really makes you feel like everything's ok. The heat from her hands was so warm and comforting and really helped me relax. I have problems with my tummy after an injury and live with the pain everyday. Her hands were really hot here and i'm now not in half the amount of pain i was in before the treatment. Afterwards I felt really relaxed and like a literal weight had been lifted off me and that i was standing a little taller. Also as an added bonus had THE best nights sleep I have had in a loooong time! Thank you so much Sam, it was exactly what I needed.    -  NP   

Hello lovely lady!   

Well, let me give you a wee run down since our fantastic session on Thursday. I totally felt like the "readybrek kid" on Thursday night, like I was aglow. I had a few random aches and pains but after our chat and reading the paper I wasn't worried. I didn't sleep that well, just because I was still buzzing!!!! I have felt so energised and lifted since our session. I was really quite down and I think a little depressed and certainly stressed before the Reiki. Since then I have genuinely felt so much lighter, happier and more relaxed. I also have a much better sense of things being "alright" rather than worrying about everything. I honestly can't believe the difference and I can't thank you enough. Totally feel like this was a Godsend at this time xxxx 

I am not one for he holistic approach. Suffering from sleepless nights and trying everything in the book to get some sleep, I was willing to try anything.

So after some reaserch I thought lets try some Reiki and thats how I found Holistic Soul.

I met with Sam and we talked through how I was feeling and what I hoped to gain from the session.    

My goodness, I think I was a sleep within 2 mins.   That was 3 weeks ago and I am sleeping better than I have in a long time.   I do still have some nights that I cant settle but so much better then before.  I have booked in 2 more sessions with Sam who has been proffessional, informative and a good listener through out. -  Now a Holistic converter.  - W

I had Samantha do treatment on me a few weeks after I lost my husband and can truly say it helped me come to terms with my loss.
